Professional, caring, CLEAR explanations - and my truck returned on time, looking like it did before it was rear ended.  Could not be happier with the end product or the service.   A Five Star Team (wish I could give more) !      Just was back ... the rear window was leaking.   Dealer had the truck for over 4 months could not help.   821 repaired the leaking window, replaced the moldy carpets and gave the truck back in ONE WEEK. Unfortunately I believe this is my third time using 821 Collision ( Peter Kelly ) I cant speak highly enough about this place. Pete takes everything 100% serious and treats people with respect! I brought my car here for repair after an accident. The insurance company ended up declaring the vehicle a total loss. Pete and Ken were incredibly communicative throughout the process and helped me work through nightmare that is dealing with an insurance company. I had an excellent experience with 821 Collision after my Lexus ES 350 was involved in a hit and run accident. Because the car is a Lexus, I wanted a Lexus-certified body shop, so I checked the Lexus website and found only a handful of certified shops in New Jersey. 821 Collision stood out as one of the highest-rated, so I called them. Pete took my information, called me back, and was very honest from the beginning. He told me he could not take the car immediately because the shop was busy and he does not like to take too many cars at the same time. He explained that he prefers to do the job carefully and precisely, which I respected. When he was ready, he told us to bring the car in and even helped organize the rental through our insurance, including having the rental office send a car to pick us up from his shop. At first, the damage looked like small dents, scratches, and scuffs on the fender and bumper, but Pete and his team did a very thorough inspection. They disassembled the affected areas, checked underneath the visible damage, inspected the safety components, sensors, headlights, and the wheel/rim area. My car has expensive Lexus triple-beam headlights and advanced safety features, so I appreciated that they took the time to make sure everything was repaired correctly and safely. Pete was an excellent communicator from start to finish. Once he received the car, he handled the insurance process, completed the supplemental work with insurance, and ordered OEM parts directly from Lexus. The car was put back together to Lexus standards, the color match looked excellent under the light, and everything felt solid and factory correct. When we picked up the car, Pete explained everything clearly and the car was cleaned and ready. This shop is not the cheapest, but the quality, professionalism, communication, and attention to detail are worth it. After my wife was hit by another driver who ran a stop sign, we suddenly found ourselves navigating the stressful world of insurance claims and collision repair. Even though the accident wasn’t her fault, our insurance company initially made the process incredibly difficult and pushed us to use one of their “approved” body shops that operate under negotiated rates. From the very beginning, the team at 821 Collision stood by us and explained exactly why those shortcuts weren’t in our best interest. As a GM-certified shop, they insisted on repairing the vehicle the right way — following manufacturer standards and using proper OEM parts instead of junkyard or questionable aftermarket replacements like the insurance company was suggesting. What really set 821 Collision apart was how much time they invested in helping us understand the situation. Pete and the team spent over three hours across multiple phone calls walking me through the details — explaining labor rates, why safety inspections matter, and what we were actually entitled to as customers. At one point, it looked like we might have $7,000–$8,000 out of pocket just to repair the car correctly. With their guidance and persistence, they helped us push back and work through the process so that almost all of that difference was ultimately covered. They truly acted like partners in the process, not just a repair shop. The quality of their facility and work speaks for itself. The shop is spotless and highly professional — nothing like the stereotypical body shop environment. Our car is a luxury vehicle and a major investment for us, so we wanted to make sure it was restored properly and safely, not just patched together. 821 Collision followed the full GM-certified repair process, replaced parts correctly, and backed their work with warranties. You can tell they care about doing things the right way, not the fast way. I was also genuinely impressed with their technology. When I called after hours, their AI-powered system was able to answer detailed questions about my claim and paperwork by referencing the actual documents. I work in digital and AI every day, and even I was surprised to see that level of integration at an auto body shop. It showed me they are serious about customer experience. In the end, 821 Collision took an incredibly frustrating situation and made it manageable. They advocated for us, educated us, and ultimately restored our car the way it should have been done from the start. I’ve already recommended them to friends and family, and we’ll continue telling people about our experience.
